OjaSuite's own free marketplace — list your catalogue, reach buyers you've never met, and (optionally) sync sales straight back into OjaSuite as paid invoices.
Oja.Market is a separate storefront site at oja.market, built by the OjaSuite team but distinct from your OjaSuite account. Opening a shop there is free for any business, on any OjaSuite plan — unlike the third-party Marketplace Integrations, connecting your Oja.Market shop back into OjaSuite is a first-party integration OjaSuite ships and maintains directly, not a future platform partnership.
A shop on Oja.Market works on its own even if you never connect it to OjaSuite. Connecting it (below) is what lets sales flow back into your OjaSuite books automatically instead of you re-entering them by hand.
Once connected: sales made on Oja.Market sync into OjaSuite automatically as paid invoices, and your OjaSuite item catalogue can sync out to keep your Oja.Market listings current — you don't have to maintain the same product list in two places.
A buyer on Oja.Market can request a quote instead of buying outright. Requests like this land directly in OjaSuite as a Draft quote in your normal Estimates & Proformas workflow — review it, adjust it if needed, and send or convert it to an invoice the same way you would any other quote. There's no separate inbox for these; they simply appear alongside your other quotes.
Oja.Market holds payment for up to 7 days after a sale, giving buyers a window to report a problem before funds settle. Once a buyer confirms delivery, or once 7 days pass with no dispute raised, our team reviews and releases the payment to the seller — 7 days is a maximum wait, not something a seller is held to by default. This hold, along with payout timing and dispute handling, is managed entirely on the Oja.Market side — it isn't something you configure or track from within OjaSuite. Check your Oja.Market seller dashboard for payout status on a given sale.
