These Terms of Service govern your use of OjaSuite software and services. By purchasing a license or using OjaSuite, you agree to these terms.

1. License

OjaSuite licenses are perpetual (one-time fee, no expiry) for the specific software version purchased. Optional annual support & updates plans provide access to new versions and priority support for the subscription period.

2. Permitted Use

Licenses are per-installation and non-transferable without prior written consent from OjaSuite.

3. Data

You retain full ownership of all business data entered into OjaSuite. OjaSuite does not access, sell, or share your data.

4. Limitation of Liability

OjaSuite is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
